Alison serves as Director of the Kelly Benefits Strategies Plan Management Team, which produces detailed claims analysis, benchmarking and demographic reporting for KBS’ self-funded clients.
In this role, Alison’s work involves compiling data from both internal and external sources to produce financially based reporting for clients including, but not limited to, enrollment analysis; yearly claim costs per employee per month and per member per month; graphic illustrations and benchmarking comparisons; cash outlay and aggregate summaries; medical claim analysis; large claim analysis; average medical and prescription costs vs. national averages, and top prescription drugs by cost and number of scripts.
During her time at KBS, Alison has gained expertise in self-funded insurance, large data file analysis, claims analysis and reporting from her roles as a Plan Management and Compliance Analyst, Manager of Plan Management and Senior Reporting Analyst and now Director of Plan Management. Alison is an expert in Tableau software for all reporting and is also an industry expert, serving not only our clients, but our Lead Consultants and Account Management Team.
Prior to KBS, Alison attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she graduated with degrees in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Sociology. She is an active participant and organizer of the annual Step Out Walk: Baltimore for the American Diabetes Association.
