Brian Pfeifer serves as Senior Vice President of Kelly Benefits Payroll, where he is responsible for working with other members of Kelly Benefits’ leadership team to establish and execute short- and long-range goals as well as strategies, plans and policies for the organization. Brian also oversees day-to-day Kelly Benefits Payroll operations while ensuring excellence in client service and retention, employee engagement, and achievement of new business and financial goals. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Brian’s leadership, knowledge and expertise in relationship management help him and his team deliver a remarkable client experience.
Prior to joining Kelly Benefits Payroll in 2021, Brian served as Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Deluxe Payroll for 20 years, where he was responsible for all revenue-generating initiatives as well as structuring and negotiation of all business development initiatives. He also served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development for Amerix Corporation, leading his business unit in the analysis of investment strategies, market due diligence, product development and business/marketing strategy execution.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University as well as a Master of Science degree from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He has four grown sons and currently resides in Bel Air, Maryland with his wife of 35 years.
