
Chris Carroll is now in his fourteenth year with Kelly Benefits Strategies in New Business Development. His responsibilities include sales and production, strengthening the Kelly Benefits brand in the marketplace, and expanding relationships with both new and existing clients.
Chris’s career in the employee benefits industry began in 2002 with a third-party administrator and self-funded medical plans. Chris then worked for an independent insurance broker in the Washington, D.C. area before joining KBS. Chris has significant industry experience with health care companies, senior care and nursing homes, government contractors, cybersecurity firms, and technology companies.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Ohio. He serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Hope (formerly Baltimore Child Abuse Center) and remains very active in his community. Chris has taken a leadership role with Kelly Benefits’ sponsorship of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards program. He is also active in DC SHRM as a volunteer and in the sponsorship of their events throughout the year. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, playing golf, attending Baltimore Orioles baseball games, and traveling.
Chris currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, son and daughter.
