Chief Financial & Compliance Officer

Craig Horner joined the Kelly Benefits Executive Leadership Team as Chief Financial and Compliance Officer in May 2009. His prior experience includes more than 13 years as Chief Financial Officer of a large regional Maryland-based insurance broker and seven years in public accounting at what is currently known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Craig oversees all finance, accounting, human resources and compliance aspects of the Kelly Benefits businesses.

Craig graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is an active CPA. Throughout his career he has been focused on continuing his professional development, including attending the Wharton Executive Development Program at University of Pennsylvania and the Commonfund Endowment Institute at Yale University. He is a member of the Financial Executives International, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Craig is an active member of his community. He currently serves as the Chair of the Investment Committee for the Keswick Foundation, a member of the Finance Council at Church of the Nativity and advisory board member to the Rebuilt Parish Association. His past service includes time as Chair and Board member of the Baltimore Chapter of Financial Executives International, Chair of Keswick Foundation, Chair and board member of Keswick MultiCare Center, an investment committee member of the Society of St. Sulpice and Finance Committee member of United Way of Central Maryland.

Craig and his wife, Kelly, reside in Lutherville, Maryland with their three children, Kelsey, Taylor and CJ, who are all active members of Church of the Nativity.
