Product Vendor Manager

Diana Rawlings serves as Sales Enablement Manager, responsible for working collaboratively with Kelly Benefits Payroll’s sales team and supporting their efforts by providing access to the appropriate tools, resources, processes and technology needed to maximize their sales results and productivity.

Diana’s more than 23 years of industry experience as well as expertise in payroll sales development, implementation, and payroll-related human resource products and services enable her to empower sales professionals and provide them with an extra layer of knowledge and skills that allow prospective clients to have total confidence in their Kelly Benefits Payroll team. Diana achieves this by providing guidance and coaching on fostering long-term client relationships as well as education on tools that help clients stay ahead of their growth goals. She also assists with the creation, development and deployment of product training to further the sales and service teams’ ability to stay competitive in today’s market.

Prior to joining Kelly Benefits Payroll in 2021, Diana served in various roles with leading payroll organizations, most recently in new business development at Deluxe Payroll. Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering, continuing education, audio books and taking family vacations with her spouse and two children. Diana currently resides in Jarrettsville, Maryland.
