As Director of Customer Care for Kelly Benefits Advantage, George Welsh is responsible for overseeing all activities associated with Kelly Benefits’ Customer Care Operations well as COBRA and Billing Production for Kelly Benefits Advantage (KBA). In this capacity, he is charged with providing strategic and operational leadership as well as the development of strong customer-focused teams, ensuring departmental tasks are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures.
Prior to KBA, George served as Senior Actuarial Associate for a global Human Resources consulting firm, Vice President of Operations for a regional personal services company and, most recently, as Director of Client Relations for a national wellness company for 11 years.
George received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He currently resides in Towson, Maryland with his wife, Donna, who serves as Data Analytics Project Manager for Kelly Benefits Strategies. George and Donna have two sons, Alec and Evan. In his free time, George enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, mountain biking, home renovation and the satisfaction gained from repairing broken things.
