Gregg Simmons serves as a Consultant for Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS), where he is responsible for helping grow and retain the KBS customer base in the mid-market segment. Gregg uses his more than 20 years in the employee benefits industry to understand the unique needs of KBS’ mid-market clients and provide consulting, plan design and the recommendation of strategic solutions to help them achieve their business goals. Gregg also oversees client renewals as well as assists in new sales, resolves client issues and supports RFP processes.

Prior to joining KBS in 2013, Gregg served as a sales representative at Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Inc. (MAMSI) and was also employed at RCM&D. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore where he received the Academic Achievement in Business Award in 2012.

Gregg resides in Parkville, Maryland, with his wife and daughter.
