
Heather Hall is a Senior Consultant for Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS). In this role, she provides consulting, plan design and client strategy specifically for KBS’ small group clients in Delaware and the surrounding areas. Heather has a diverse background within the health care industry and is skilled in leadership, education, people and project management, employee wellness and customer service. She has extensive experience in public speaking on numerous health and wellness topics and has designed and implemented wellness programs for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining the KBS team, Heather worked in preventive medicine for CardioKinetics for 18 years as a clinical physiologist providing cardiac rehabilitation, employee preventive health services and public safety health assessment programs. Additionally, as the Director of Corporate Operations, she developed and supervised the staffing and management of 10 wellness centers, including serving as the client relationship manager. Her role also encompassed business development and the marketing of corporate preventive health services where she played a critical part in significantly expanding their employee-based business. She also managed all personnel recruiting, hiring and onboarding, including administering benefits for the organization.
Heather was a key member of a team that was recognized both regionally and nationally for their work on a pilot study for the State of Delaware Healthy Rewards Program, which culminated in a National Innovation Award from the Council of State Governments. She was also appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the New Castle County Chapter of the American Heart Association and additionally served on the Executive Leadership Team for the NCC American Heart Walk. She also served as an adjunct instructor at Delaware Technical and Community College where she developed and taught course curriculum and material for exercise science lecture and lab courses.
Heather graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and is currently working toward her MBA from Wilmington University. During her time at West Chester, she maintained academic honors while playing Division II Volleyball, where she served as team captain.
Serving others is a passion and a calling for Heather. She currently lives in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children. In her free time, she continues to play volleyball, enjoys coaching, running and reading.
