
Jarrett Jedlicka serves as Senior Vice President of National Growth for Kelly Benefits Strategies. In this role, he is responsible for growing the KBS national client base as well as sharing KBS’ Total Benefits Solution® approach to large group employers and providing ongoing client relationship management.
Jarrett is considered a thought leader with a passion for collaboration and building cultures of accountability that drive outcomes and deliver value. He has deep experience and success in leading highly complex and matrixed organizations while translating vision and ideas into solutions and services that scale. Jarrett uses his expertise in operations, business development, change management, and advanced analytics to not only expertly evaluate and understand employers’ benefit needs, but engage strategic growth and seek innovative ways to improve all aspects of leadership, management, sales and service.
Jarrett joined the KBS team in May 2023 with more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Three Rivers Provider Network, TRPN Direct Pay, and Devon Health. Prior to TRPN, he held various executive and senior roles at leading health care and technology organizations, including Ceridian, SAS Institute, Ameriprise Financial and UnitedHealthcare, where he participated in the UnitedHealth Group Executive Development Program for multi-year top performers and served as an organizational culture ambassador.
Outside of Kelly Benefits, Jarrett is an active member of the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation board, supporting UHCCF’s mission of providing medical grants that help children gain access to needed health-related services. An experienced cyclist, Jarrett combines his dedication to children with his love for cycling to also serve as the Lead Organizer of the UHCCF Tour de Triangle Century Ride, held annually in North Carolina.
Jarrett received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota and completed the Business Acumen for Rising Executives certificate program through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He and his wife, Shannon, have two children and reside in Eagan, Minnesota.
