Jason Danner is an innovative leader who has nearly three decades of proven results in the employee benefits field. Since 1997, Jason has led the expansion of Kelly Benefits Strategies’ client base in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. Today, Jason sits on the KBS Senior Leadership Team and his staff serves the benefit needs of clients throughout the region.
Jason was instrumental in the development of KBS’ ongoing educational series, Kelly Benefits University, and routinely speaks to groups on employee benefit issues. A keen interest in wellness led Jason to create, plan and conduct health education events for Kelly Benefits in the Greater Philadelphia region, including “Taking the Fight to Healthcare Costs: The Thrilla In Phila,” “Reshaping the Future: Taking on Childhood Obesity,” and “Wellness @ Work.” He played a key leadership role in creating “Run 1, 4 Fun,” a mini-marathon, one-mile race for children held in conjunction with the Delaware Marathon. He was also co-founder and Campaign Director of “Motivate the First State,” a campaign that harnessed the healthy activities of participants across Delaware to raise more than $250,000 for Delaware nonprofits.
Jason graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education with a concentration on nutrition.
