Jen Silberzahn

Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Jen Silberzahn leads Kelly Benefits’ Corporate Communications team, which focuses on marketing, advertising, event planning and community involvement for the organization and its various divisions. In addition, she oversees the Client Communications team, which is responsible for all client communication campaigns and strategy related to employee benefits as well as the marketing initiatives for Kelly Benefits Strategies.

A graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Jen has over 20 years of experience with Kelly Benefits. Prior to joining Kelly Benefits, she worked in operations and management roles at MBNA and was a Founder at their Hunt Valley, Maryland location.

Jen is active in the community, having served on fundraising and event committees for the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital, the Cal Ripken Foundation Gala and The Foundation Fighting Blindness. She currently volunteers at St. Joseph School in Cockeysville, Maryland and leads many of the volunteer and community support events hosted by Kelly Benefits.

Jen and her husband, Broc, have two children and reside in Phoenix, Maryland.
