
Katie Lochte is the Vice President of Client Communications for Kelly Benefits Strategies. In this role, Katie consults with clients to devise strategies for best communicating with their employees. Katie also leads the Client Communications Team, which is comprised of highly skilled graphic designers who create a wide array of benefit communications materials for clients to distribute to their employees.
Katie joined Kelly Benefits in 2011 as the Manager of Corporate Communications and Marketing. In 2013, Katie was promoted to Director of Communications and began to oversee both the Corporate and Client Communications Teams. In 2015, Katie moved into her current role to focus on consulting with clients and assist them in creating robust, multi-channel communications campaigns to best reach their employees and help them understand the value of their benefits.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from James Madison University and a master’s degree in Education from Loyola University Maryland.
