Mark Lubin

Senior Vice President, Operations

Mark Lubin brings 25 years of experience in operations, training, consulting and auditing to his position as Senior Vice President of Operations for Kelly Benefits Advantage (KBA). In this role, he is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing both the operational functions and the account management, implementation and dedicated service staff needed to provide superior care to clients, carriers, brokers and service suppliers.

A true leader, Mark has a proven record of directing great service and results-oriented teams. His keen sense of sound business principles and significant experience helps KBA maintain a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Kelly Benefits in 2021, Mark spent more than two decades in leadership for Taco Bell Corporation and Franchise operations, including serving as Director of Operations for Taco Bill and Affiliates—where he managed 24 stores across Baltimore and Northern California—as well as various management positions throughout the mid-Atlantic/Eastern region. Most recently, he acted as Vice President of Operations for Aarsand & Company, a Taco Bell franchisee, where he managed 35 Baltimore-area restaurants and achieved $60 million in net sales as a result of five years of positive sales and profit growth. Mark received the YUM AWARD from the former Chairman and CEO of YUM BRANDS, which is given to recipients who “walk the talk” of leadership. He is also a former franchisee of the Great Harvest Bread Company, where he managed day-to-day operations, including production, marketing, human resources, financial management and customer service.

Mark has served in various volunteer roles in his community. He is a previous member of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Baltimore Boys and Girls Clubs as well as former President of the Calvert Hall College High School Ice Hockey Booster Club.

Mark studied Health Education at The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Dia, have two sons, Matthew and Tommy. They currently reside in White Hall, Maryland.
