Nick Rossi is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Kelly Benefits Payroll and Kelly Benefits Advantage. In this role, Nick is responsible for leading all aspects of the sales organization by implementing innovative strategies that drive growth and brand awareness for both divisions. In addition, Nick is responsible for ongoing client relationship management, sales operations and enablement, new product development, producer development, and workers’ compensation.
Nick joined Kelly Benefits Payroll in 2015 as an Account Executive. After one year in this role, he was promoted to Product Manager and in 2017, he was asked to lead the sales team. In 2022, Nick also assumed business development and marketing responsibilities for Kelly Benefits Advantage. Prior to joining the organization, Nick was a Solutions Architect for Integrated Control Corporation in New York City.
Nick graduated from Stevenson University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications. During college, Nick was a two-time NCAA All-American lacrosse player and was part of the National Championship team during his senior year.
Outside of Kelly Benefits Payroll, Nick serves as the vice chairman of the Will Rodgers Liver Health Foundation. In 2019, Nick was named a Living Classrooms Rising star. He is also an active member for Fellowship of Christian Athletes Lacrosse and does color commentary for Stevenson University Lacrosse.
Nick currently resides in Towson, Maryland.
