Sherry Shilling

Vice President, Client Engagement & Senior Account Manager

Sherry Shilling has provided almost 20 years of leadership and management within Kelly Benefits Advantage (KBA). In her current role, she project manages the overall delivery of Kelly Benefits Strategies’ most high profile new and renewing clients. She is also responsible for spearheading KBA’s process improvement initiatives and the onboarding of new carrier/vendor partnerships.

During her nearly 30 year career in health benefits administration, Sherry has developed an expertise in new client implementation and payroll/human resource system integration. In addition, she was selected to and completed the Loyola University Maryland Advanced Leadership Development Program (ALDP) in the fall of 2019.

Prior to KBA, Sherry gained valuable industry skills working for United States Life Insurance Company, the Principal Financial Group, NYLCare Health Plans, and Group Benefit Services, a third-party administrator.
