As Director of Client Relationship Management, Stacy’s focus is on key Kelly Benefits Payroll clients. In this role, she works to maintain strong relationships and deliver best-in-class client service through efficient processes and communication, while taking a strategic approach to ensuring the successful integration of payroll and benefits. Stacy is also a key contributor and resource regarding COVID-19-related credits and reporting.
Stacy joined Kelly Benefits in 1999, where she spent eight years overseeing the Dedicated Service team, Call Center and Customer Integration teams before transitioning to Kelly Benefits Payroll.
Stacy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Towson University and her master’s degree in Management from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
