
As a Senior Consultant for Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS), Vili Petkova works with clients to create and implement short- and long-term strategies and advises on quantifiable solutions that meet and exceed their HR and business objectives. Vili has an extensive background in self-funding—including transitioning from a fully insured to a self-funded arrangement—as well as mergers and acquisitions. Vili acts as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers and vendors to ensure that accurate and timely responses occur between all parties.
Vili obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wyoming and earned her master’s degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. She holds Certified Employees Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Associates (GBA) and Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) designations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College of Financial Services. She also obtained an ISCEBS Fellow designation in 2019 and 2020 from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
Vili is the Vice President and a Board member of the Colorado Chapter of ISCEBS. In addition, she is a member of the Fiscal Oversight Committee of the Douglas County School District.
Prior to KBS, Vili spent five years as an Account Executive with USI Insurance Services, two years at Lockton Companies and eight years at Wyoming Medical Center, focusing on the health and welfare and retirement plans management and administration.
Vili currently resides in Parker, Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
