Bonnie Panker is Vice President of Operations & Account Management for Kelly Benefits Advantage (KBA), serving the Maryland market.
With more than 10 years of experience in the health insurance industry, Bonnie joined Kelly Benefits in 2009. Previously serving as Project Manager, she now oversees the Account Management, Implementation and Dedicated Service teams as they provide complete client support from initial engagement and implementation through ongoing customer care. Bonnie also works closely with her teams as they service the Kelly Benefits broker community by engaging in sales opportunities with prospective clients, onboarding new clients and retaining existing clients. Her project management background further enables her to provide key leadership to client-initiated and strategic projects.
Bonnie has worked with several key accounts, including Kelly Benefits’ largest national and international clients, providing leadership for acquisitions, new client onboarding and system integrations.
Bonnie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a member of the Project Management Institute, the world’s leading association for project, program and portfolio management professionals. She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Towson University, where she was also an active member of the international honors society, Psi Chi.
Bonnie and her husband, Chad, enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. They currently reside in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
