Our Process
It all starts with our team of implementation experts as they enter all of your information into our KTBSonline benefits system quickly and accurately. This first step is critical because properly entered information means that your people will be eligible for their benefits and prescriptions when they need them, and that all copayments requested are precisely right. In other words, when good information is entered, satisfied employees result. Multiple vendors, unique plan design features and complicated rules are then carefully installed and managed into our proprietary rules-based system to lay a firm foundation for ongoing administrative success.
