Available to directly interact with your HR staff, your Dedicated Service Representative is easily accessible through telephone and email, trained on your benefit offerings, and can support billing, eligibility, electronic data interchange (EDI) and assist in any administrative needs that may arise.
Dedicated Service support is included as a standard offering to clients with 100 or more employees.
