During this half-day symposium we explored the latest in health care and employee benefits. We discussed how to lead the conversation around proper benefits budgeting, highlighting its importance to manage risk and the key things your finance team was looking at in relation to benefits. We also provided insights and information on how organizations could support their employees who were caregivers, parents, and those seeking fertility treatments and outlined family-friendly policies and comprehensive benefits options to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. Finally, we led a discussion around current and future benefits compliance hot topics and how to ensure your plans and policies remained current with fast-paced legislative changes.

This presentation will give you the tools you need to lead the conversation with your CFO, so together you can proactively manage your benefits expense.

Employers are looking for ways to attract and retain, and address the needs of, an increasingly diverse workforce. Over the past few years there has been a rapid growth in benefits offerings that focus on a worker’s family needs including enhanced parental and adoption leave, support for those caring for the elderly, and childcare benefits. Employers are also recognizing the need for benefits that focus on reproductive health – from preconception family planning to support during menopause. During this session, we will focus on benefits that help those with caregiving obligations – from stress relief to mental health support to fertility financing – focusing on what’s tried and true and what’s new in the marketplace.

Presenter: Jen Berman, Senior Vice President, Compliance, Kelly Benefits Strategies
Hear the latest discussion on today’s hot topics in compliance. Jen will give insights into the new frontier of fertility benefits and other caregiver support options – what you can put in place without worry, and what you need to keep an eye on from a compliance standpoint. She will also provide commentary on the current health care landscape, give an overview of the changes on the horizon, and help decipher what they mean for your benefits program.


What is the cost to attend?
Individual registration cost is $50. Kelly Benefits clients may attend the event free of charge. Clients should contact their Account Management team for a free promotional code.

What are my parking options for the event?
Reserved parking will be available in the building’s main lot for the duration of the event.

Can I receive credits for attending?
This program has been approved for 3.0 HRCI and SHRM recertification credits.

What is the registration and cancellation policy?
Registration includes breakfast and all educational sessions. Pre-registration is required; availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration. Cancellations may be made up to one week in advance, afterwards, no refunds will be given, but substitutions may be made.
