Employers are looking for ways to attract and retain, and address the needs of, an increasingly diverse workforce. Over the past few years there has been a rapid growth in benefits offerings that focus on a worker’s family needs including enhanced parental and adoption leave, support for those caring for the elderly, and childcare benefits. Employers are also recognizing the need for benefits that focus on reproductive health – from preconception family planning to support during menopause.
