A Father-Son Reflection on Faith in Business

BALTIMORE, MD – On Thursday, October 28, 2021, Francis X. Kelly Jr., Chairman and Co-founder of Kelly & Associates Insurance Group and his son Frank Kelly III, CEO of Kelly Benefits, served as the featured lunchtime speakers at the Business On Purpose annual conference.
The one-hour father-son discussion focused on how biblical principles applied to business and provided attendees insight into how the Kelly family’s Christian faith shaped and inspired their journey of growing a business from the basement of their home to a 500-employee organization that is one of the largest employee benefits and payroll administrators in the mid-Atlantic region.
“I was honored to be included in a panel at the Business On Purpose conference with my dad to share some of our values and stories from more than 45 years of being a family-owned business,” Frank Kelly III said. Kelly Benefits was founded in 1976 as Francis X. Kelly Associates, Inc., and it continues to be a mission-driven organization committed to the pursuit of excellence in an effort to bring honor and glory to God through all aspects of its business.
Hosted by Ronald Blue Trust in partnership with Hunt Valley Church and the Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC), Business On Purpose is designed to help Christian business owners, entrepreneurs and executives grow and lead their companies in a distinctly God-honoring fashion. Kelly Benefits is pleased to support such organizations and events, who are seeking to build the Kingdom of God through the avenue of business.
