Kelly Benefits Honors Heroes by Running to Remember
15 SEPTEMBER 2021

BALTIMORE, MD – On Saturday, September 11, 2021, representatives of the People of Kelly Benefits and their family members participated in the 20th annual—and final—Mercy Run to Remember. Honoring the extraordinary heroism, commitment and sacrifice of the victims, survivors, and rescuers of the events of September 11, 2001, the Run to Remember benefits the Baltimore City Police Foundation and the Baltimore City Fire Foundation, assisting those families that have lost a loved one in the line of duty.
Among this year’s Run to Remember participants was Brian Hubbard, Vice President of Business Development & Senior Consultant for Kelly Benefits Strategies, who has run in all but one race since its inception and whose father, Frank, served as a Baltimore City police officer for 33 years. Brian’s son, Jacob, also ran in the race with his father.
The Mercy Run to Remember is one of more than 100 sports endurance events hosted annually by Charm City Run. The race organizers publicly thanked Kelly Benefits at the Run to Remember for being a sponsor every year since the event started. Since 2016, Kelly Benefits has served as Presenting Sponsor of its Under Armour B3 Distance Series, Baltimore’s first-ever distance challenge featuring three races. Kelly Benefits is pleased to support companies such as Charm City Run that put wellness at the forefront as well as support local communities and their causes.
