Kelly Benefits Supports the Graduates of Helping Up Mission

Baltimore, MD – On Sunday, April 29th over 100 men walked across Martin’s West’s stage celebrating their graduation from Helping Up Mission’s yearlong, 12-step spiritual recovery program that gives men the tools to fight addiction and homelessness.

The Honorable Francis X. Kelly, Jr., Co-Founder and Chairman of Kelly & Associates Insurance Group and his wife, Janet Kelly, along with Frank Kelly II, CEO of Kelly & Associates Insurance Group and KELLY Payroll (KELLY) and wife Gayle Kelly were four of many to experience the overwhelming euphoria as all 100 men stood to accept their diplomas.

The 12-step spiritual recovery program is a comprehensive treatment that allows men to spend a full year at the Mission in a therapeutic community. Over the course of 12 months, participants are immersed in a culture of healing and wellness that meets their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.

The graduation banquet celebrated this year’s 100 men who made it through this program, alcohol and drug free. These men now have the tools to re-enter society and create a better live for themselves thanks to Helping Up Mission and their wonderful supporters.

This past year, KELLY has helped raise a significant amount for Helping Up Mission’s initiatives to decrease the drug addiction and homelessness epidemic in Baltimore. KELLY loves the feeling of being a part of a much greater cause, not only helping individuals who participate in the 12-step program, but also helping improve the streets of Baltimore.
