Team Kelly Benefits Takes a Swing to Help End Homelessness

ABERDEEN, MD – On Monday, July 22, 2019, Team KELLY earned first place and the title of Corporate Champion at the 11th annual Harford Family House Home Runs for the Homeless charity home run derby.

The event, held at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, Maryland, allows teams from businesses across Maryland to compete in a home run derby-style competition while raising funds and critical awareness for Harford County’s families with children experiencing homelessness.

Harford Family House was established in 1989 by the Episcopal churches in Harford County to shelter families with children experiencing homelessness. In addition to providing transitional and permanent supportive housing, it also provides crucial education in life skills, job readiness and personal growth as well as individualized case management, partner agency referrals and personal connections to community resources. KELLY is pleased to support Harford Family House and their continuing efforts to help end homelessness in our neighborhoods.
