A Focus on Security
Kelly Benefits maintains a robust information security program to ensure the protection and availability of our customers’ sensitive data. We have full-time Security Engineers on-staff and maintain relationships with a number of industry-leading security partners. With these partners, we conduct a comprehensive annual assessment and penetration test of our systems. Our Application Development team maintains an Agile-driven, security-focused approach to our KTBSonline web application. Our development environments only contain sanitized non-identifiable data, and our developers code against common attacks such as SQL injection.
Kelly Benefits maintains an active SOC1 Type II and SOC2 Type II certification and to ensure availability, Kelly Benefits conducts annual Disaster Recovery tests of all mission critical systems and applications. KTBSonline also maintains a better than 99.9% uptime. Kelly Benefits’ Information Security Program is modeled on the NIST 800-53 standard.

That’s why we have a dedicated team responsible for building and maintaining integrations with all leading HRIS and payroll solution providers.
Kelly Benefits offers integration services to connect your HRIS and payroll vendor to our KTBSonline technology to simplify your employee management processes. Our integration services cover the primary communication methods of Application Programming Interfaces (API) and flat files, including our proprietary KTBSonline API.
The KTBSonline API allows clients to connect to KTBSonline from their portals, retrieve data from KTBSonline, and send data to KTBSonline for their unique needs. Clients can retrieve their data to send to their payroll vendor or submit employee demographic and enrollment update directly to KTBSonline for real time updating of their data. This service provides clients with the greatest access to the data, and the most flexibility to use enrollment and deduction as needed for their unique needs.

With investments to connect directly to popular payroll providers like Paylocity, ADP and Paycor through their API, Kelly Benefits offers API integration that:
- Automatically synchronize your employee’s demographic from your payroll provider.
- Pushes benefits deductions and earning to your payroll system.
Integration services also supports flat files when APIs are not available. These files are received from your HRIS/payroll provider, processed through KTBSonline, with full transparency of how Kelly Benefits is processing your information. Our KTBSonline file upload experience provides the information you need to manage your employees and their enrollment supporting the integration between the vendors.
Kelly Benefits provides these integration services for a fee, dependent on eligibility.
